Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

All payments are for consulting time and expertise.

The Company does not provide trading, investment brokerage, or wealth management services.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must sign a Letter of Authorization (LOA) before any transaction.

Clients must provide complete KYC documentation.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Advisory bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Late cancellations (<24 hours) are non-refundable.

Milestone payments for consulting projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

4. Limitation of Liability

MMS Sovereign LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
